Campbell Saigo Architects is a Tokyo-based design studio established in 2021. Our expertise is in developing vision and overseeing the execution of architecture and urban design projects around the world. We specialize in the design of public spaces, cultural buildings, mixed-use developments, hospitality architecture, commercial office spaces, multifamily residential, retail architecture, and senior living. We are committed to creating projects with a positive impact on society and the environment.

Yoko Saigo
西郷燿子
Yoko Saigo is a partner and cofounder of Campbell Saigo Architects. She has worked closely with clients around the world. In addition to her professional practice, Yoko teaches architecture design studio courses at Tama Art University. Previously, Yoko was a senior associate with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in New York. She received a Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental design from Tama Art University in Japan. Yoko has experience in many project types, including commercial, hospitality, mixed use, corporate campuses, retail, residential, and master planning.
Blaine Campbell, AIA, LEED AP

Blaine Campbell, AIA, LEED AP is a partner and cofounder of Campbell Saigo Architects. He has extensive experience working with developer and institutional clients in the U.S. and abroad. Blaine is a registered architect in the state of New York. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of sustainability, designing high-rise and institutional buildings that have achieved LEED and Passive House certifications. Previously, Blaine held the position of Senior Designer with Handel Architects in New York and spent his early career in the offices of Rafael Vinoly Architects and Perkins & Will. He holds an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Illinois (UIUC) and a Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute. Blaine has experience in a wide range of project types, including mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and master planning.
